BloomSignal uses a small number of trusted third-party services to operate:

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Any user — regardless of location — can delete their account at any time from Profile → Remove Account. This removes your user record, subscriptions, and all associated data permanently. You can also request deletion by emailing hello@bloomsignal.app.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at hello@bloomsignal.app.

Children's privacy

BloomSignal is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll let you know by email. Continued use of BloomSignal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

To make a CCPA request, email us at hello@bloomsignal.app with the subject line "CCPA Request." We will respond within 45 days as required by law.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of this policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
